Currently recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist for a well-established and award winning, Chartered practice based in Chichester. This Practice are passionate about creating detailed designs that improve the built environment. The Senior Architectural Technologist will be working on a range of projects within the Residential, Education, Commercial and Sustainability sectors. Project values can be anything from smaller scale, up to projects that are around £50 million + in value. Our client are receptive in their search and would also consider ambitious Architectural Technologist. Senior Architectural Technologist Position Overview Production of feasibility, planning and working drawings Consult with other staff, decide the format and scope of design data required for project (drawings, schedules, specification, etc.) Work on interesting projects within a range of sectors as well as having a focus on sustainable architecture Produce technical details Work across all RIBA stages Work within a wider technical team, supporting wider staff Translate standard/proprietary client's details onto working drawings Senior Architectural Technologist Position Requirements Minimum of 2 years' UK experience as an Architectural Technologist (5 years+ for a more Senior position) Good technical ability Ability to work well within a team, as well as independently when required Motivated, enthusiastic candidate Excellent knowledge of Revit Live within a commutable distance of Chichester Senior Architectural Technologist Position Remuneration Competitive salary (£40,000 - £55,000 DOE) Pension Holiday Hybrid working (2 days a week) Progression opportunities Other benefits to be discussed at interview stage Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
